Q1: I made the same entries twice or more, what should I do?

Q2: Is it possible to modify the information registered?
A2: Please login MY PAGE and modify the information. You can modify them by Nov.30, 2017.
Q3: Which should I deal with first, Payment or Wine information?
A3: After the payment, you can proceed with the wine information. Please note MY PAGE is locked if your payment is not completed by the due date (after 2 weeks from your registration)
Q4: Is it possible to change the number of items?
A4: Before the payment, you can change the number of items. In the case of adding items after the payment, please make another new entry.
In the case of decreasing items after the payment, the entry fee is non-refundable.
Q5: Is it possible to change the payment method?
A5: Please contact “SAKURA” Japan Women’s Wine Awards Office.
Q6: Is it necessary to register the wine information precisely?
A6: Yes. because the registered information is used for “SAKURA” official book and Web site if the wine win the award.
Q7: I cannot open MY PAGE.
A7: Please contact “SAKURA” Japan Women’s Wine Awards Office. If your payment is not completed by the due date (after 2 weeks from your registration), MY PAGE is locked. After the entry period, you can not modify but see them.
Q8: I forgot my PASSWARD for MY PAGE.
A8: You can request it from the site of login.
Q9: I received the reminder mail for the payment despite the fact that it is already completed.
A9: Due to the time-lag of the bank transaction, the reminder mail might be sent before “SAKURA” Japan Women’s Wine Awards Office receives the payment report from the bank.
